Laura, thank you for the update, sounds like it was very interesting.
I am a volunteer at the Barnes and attended training on Saturday.

Oh that's neat Susan - PS those people in the group who stay late at the Gryphon Cafe are given(by the cafe) free croissants and pastries that are left over at the end of the day :)

Oh what course did you take at Barnes? Sounds interesting! Well, without getting too personal, I'll say that people discussed life events that strongly affected and still continue to affect them due to the unsual nature. Mike discussed paranormal/psychic type expriences that are ongoing and he wrote a book about(See his page for links), Rich described the very unusual circumstances of his birth and childhood, Mark K.(didn't RSVP but came) described an early experience with a cult that changed him for life, I described a childhood paranormal experience, Rhona described a blissful meditation experience, and Zach arrived after most people left(due to a prior obligation) so Mark, Rhona, I and Zach just chatted about such and such in the cafe downstairs afterwards.

"I just want to thank you and the others for a glorious and meaningful meeting today. It felt great to open up and to be so warmly received. I look forward to future meetings and the comraderie"

I am terribly sorry but I am not going to be able to come tomorrow, too many things piled up in one day. I will be there in spirit!

Here the video trailer http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EAhte2ppF1w I have added more gluten free recipes and all the most recent news about gluten intolerance: growing 400% in the last 50 year. Even if you don't have gluten intolerance symptoms you should read at least the last chapter. It is important to know. If you like the book, please give me a 5 star review, so Kindle and google will help me to advertise the book.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
