We support people with Tourette Syndrome and those who care about them. We know that TS is about much more than the tics and that the symptoms and needs vary widely from person to person and family to family. Most people with TS also have other conditions such as ADHD, OCD, Executive Dysfunction, Learning Disabilities, Language Disabilities, and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder. That is why we provide programming and services addressing a wide-range of issues that impact our disability community. We offer Network Groups (similar in nature to Support Groups), Children and Family Activities, Workshops, and Parent Nights-Out. We also offer Peer and Educator Training and can provide this service for a wide range of disabilities.
Our President is an adult with TS, parent of children with TS, and a school psychologist. She works for North Shore Pediatric Therapy providing services such as Educational Advocacy, School-Based Observations, Functional Behavioral Assessments, Record Reviews, "IEP Audits". She is available to speak on many topics related to disabilities and special education.
