Twelve attendees enjoyed three speeches today; two of them are scheduled for District Speech Contest in March. Johnny entertained us with his natural style of speaking; Rich entertained us with his Map of Laughter speech and Mark's Speech Evaluation practice we think will be a winner at the Contest. We learned a lot from all of them. Que probed 3 of our audience for deep thoughts about their lives in our session of two minute impromptu speaking. Karen, our Toastmaster guided us all during the entire meeting with her 'More or Less' theme. Good meeting, good camaraderie. New members participated and prospects joined our Club.

18 attendees, including 6 guests on Feb. 14. A new member from Meetup, Dustin, did a great job on his first speaking role. Que led our meeting. We were honored to have Linda Bown, a long time Toastmaster member from Las Vegas. Alma, also from Meetup gave her first speech called the IceBreaker. She talked about who she is and what she likes to do; displaying props like the books she reads, a basketball; etc. Rich was our second speaker, practicing his interactive Speech Contest talk. Jennifer Fan led us into some delightful talks about our Valentine experiences with two minute speeches from Kathleen, Karen and Colleen, myself and Rich. Holly, as General Evaluator, reviewed our Meeting, called for Grammarian, Timer and Word of the Day Reports. Good energy and vibrant talks today.

Looking forward to Johnny Dawson's speech... He always presents something that gets us thinking and motivated.
