This January, we're letting you try out our improv classes here at The Sage, so you can get a taste for our super-cheap classes which begin in February.
Ever told a fib? Were you ever asked a question and pulled the answer out of your proverbial butt? Ever play charades? Then we've got the classes for you. Narrative improv is cooperative theater, where performers work together to create stories on stage. And it's a lot easier than you think.
Each sample class is two hours long, and will give you a broad brush stroke of the ideas and exercises we'll get into if you like it and come back for our regular classes. Even if you don't end up taking our classes it'll be a fun time!
Sample classes are Mondays at 7pm, and Saturdays at 3pm in January at The Sage Theater, 711 7th Avenue, 2nd floor (between 47th and 48th street). To register or to get more info, email improv@sagetheater.us. Visit the website at www.sagetheater.us!
This group doesn't have any additional upcoming Meetups scheduled.
