In Stitches Knit and Crochet Group of Northern New Jersey

In Stitches is a social group where knitters and crocheters can get to know one another and share their love of yarncrafts. The group is made up of everybody from complete newbies to Guild-certified knitters and crocheters. We're a friendly bunch, and we do at least as much talking as we do crafting! We occasionally do yarn swaps and charity knitting, but you're always welcome to do individual projects and bring whatever you're working on to our meetups.

 

Beginners are welcome at any meetup, unless the description specifies otherwise.

Please bring with you:

A light colored yarn in worsted, aran, or bulky weight.

Knitters:

A set of knitting needles size 7 (4.5 mm) or higher (appropriate for the yarn you purchased - check your yarn's label or ask somebody at the store where you purchase your yarn).

Crocheters:

One crochet hook, size G (4.25 mm) or higher (appropriate for the yarn you purchased - check your yarn's label or ask somebody at the store where you purchase your yarn).

 

The staff at any yarn or craft store should be able to help you locate these items.
