Upcoming Plans

Dear Indian Food Adventurists,
We will be having our meetup at the end of the month, on the 26th September. I have put together some recipes that will make our mouths melt. The featured item is fresh coconut balls. My teacher told me a few months ago that satvic (food fit for the Gods) desserts should be white and fluffy and always full of nourishing nutrients. I started experimenting with recipes in order to create the perfect satvic dessert.
The coconut balls were the chosen ones. One of our meetup members tried them at an event and asked for the recipe for our next meetup. I look forward to sharing this with you all.
As usual, we will work on a complete Indian menu during the class.
I will be leaving for India in October so there will not be a meetup during this month. We will resume again in November. I will be bringing back fresh spices and goodies to share in our November meetup.
Hoping you are all enjoying the tail end of the summer and keeping your kitchen full of fresh produce from this land of paradise that we live in.
Namaste.
Nimita
