As the holiday season approaches, what's better excuse to try Indian food at one of the most interesting places in NYC.
If you've ever walked down 1st Ave in the East Village, chances are you've noticed extremely bright lights at Panna II. I've heard the food is good, but what you're really going for is the interesting atmosphere (if you've never been there you'll know what I mean as soon as you see the place).
The restaurant is BYOB, so plan to bring your cocktail of choice and relax with new and old friends at one of the most unique restaurants in the city.
See their Yelp page here: http://www.yelp.com/biz/panna-ii-garden-indian-restaurant-new-york:
We'll meet outside the restaurant around 8:30. I'll make reservations as we get close to the date depending upon the RSVP count.
Later we can go out Bryant Park or Rockefeller center depending upon how everyone feels. Open to suggestions.
