Indian Rocks Beach Bridge/Road Run - Wed Night @ Clever Training

For the dark evenings we move our run to the road, heading north to Belleair Causeway and over the bridge. We have male and female runners who run between 3 to 7 miles at a 8 to 12 min/mile pace. We meet at the Clever Training store at 6:25PM and leave for a run around 6:40PM. All levels and ages are welcome and we'll find someone for you to run with. It’s a fun way to exercise, make new friends, and enjoy the best of the Gulf. After the run we go to a local bar for dinner & drinks. It's a friendly group, not too competitive but enjoy having fun. We also schedule easy triathlons, bike rides, swims, long runs and interval training on a regular basis. Members of this club also run with other local groups so it's a great way to get into running on a regular basis with new friends. We also have some members that offer free boot camp workouts during the week.

It is raining pretty steadily and based on radar the worst of the cells should be over the store around 6:30pm. We are not canceling so if you want to run come up. If we don't have anyone interested in running by 6:45 at that time we can decide to go to SLYCE for some pizza.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
