Weekly Trithlon's Bike, Run & Swim @ 7:30am

We're returning to Triathlon's, join us for 1, 2 or all 3 events. Do as much or as little as you want at a nice easy pace. We wait for everyone to get back before we start the next leg.

The bike portion will either head north from along Gulf Blvd to Sand Key Park or South down to Madeira, around 6 miles each way. This is not a race pace group, expect the lead pack to be riding around 18 - 22 mph and others around 15mph, just turn round when you want.

The run portion will head South from Crabby's around 3 miles. Alternative is to run on the beach. We will then swim in the ocean, anywhere from half to one mile.

We meet in the parking lot at Crabby Bill's at 7:30am, leaving for the bike ride around 7:40. Plan to be back from the bike ride by 8:25 to leave for the run at 8:35. The swim portion will begin 9:15, if you don't want to swim relax on the beach or enjoy a walk. As usual, breakfast at Crabby's around 10:15 am.
