Meditation makes us balanced, joyful and peaceful. Meditation is the state where we are in present moment. By practicing meditation one can easily experience the blissful being which lies inside all of us.
At these meetings we actually go through the experience of blissful group meditation which is guided by one of the experienced meditators. As you practice, your experience becomes deeper and more viable on your nervous system. Practicing meditation in a group meeting once a week is recommended.
