I heard some good benefits of meditation, like calming/balancing your mind, reducing stress. So I would like to see how these can be attained by doing it on my own.
Hello! I practice yoga and Reiki regularly, and would like to include meditation as part of my daily practice. I have very little knowledge over meditating, and I hope this group help me get started on meditation :)
