Concentration and mindfulness practice with a group.

We'll meet at Panera so people interested in joining the meet-up can meet with us. At 6:10 PM we'll leave to go to the vihara where practice begins at 6:30. Practice usually ends with a dhamma discussion. There is no charge for attending a meetup but people are encouraged to contribute dana to cover organizer fees and to send a donation to a designated person or organization seen as teaching and nourishing the Buddha's dhamma. 

RSVP is requested. As long as at least three members have RSVPed, others can show up at Panera without RSVP on the day of the meetup.

The next contribution will go to the Barre Center for Buddhist Studies in Barre, Mass. It combines teaching of theory and practice at:
