Better knowledge on how I can be more productive and stay healthy.
I track a wide variety of things at somewhat random intervals: blood pressure, weight, sleep, heart rate, % body fat. I don't track everything all the time, but largely to get a baseline and to watch for changes form that.
I have used a FitBit for step and sleep tracking, and a Zeo sleep tracker. My exercise workouts are based on high-intensity interval training and I take a plethora of nutraceuticals and track their effect on my health.
I am a local software/hardware developer and have always been interested in tracking things about myself. Current technology has finally given us some great tools for this and I'm excited to investigate the.
