Indie Game Developer Meetup

Meeting is in in the new Large Conference Room I - on the second Floor.

Do you know how or want to develop video games? Do you want to help others develop video games?

This is the meetup for you to join then. We are a bunch of very laid back developers who come together every two weeks to blow off steam and nerd out a little bit.

We talk about games that we are developing, games we have played lately, games we played as kids... pretty much anything that anyone wants to talk about.

We encourage members to bring works in progress for critique and feedback any time. Not a member? You are free to come and take part! If you want to drop by to get feedback on your work and scoot on out afterwards that's fine, we are glad to help.

So come on out to a meetup or two, you will have a good time talking games with us.

I was unable to get Room I for this week (someone reserved it before me) But I have Reserved the smaller 10 person room H. Unfortunately, that room does NOT have a computer with video projector so bring your laptop if you have stuff to show. It's gonna be a small group. Sorry. But.....

For the October 6th meeting we have a BIG room reserved at the Arlington Heights Library so we can all meet in one room! I told them we would have 25 people. We could have as many as 90 people, but I would need a headcount as early as possible to make sure we have enough chairs and tables set up. It will be upstairs in half of the Hendrickson room. A computer with internet access and a video projector will be available to show stuff on. Hope to see everyone there. Mark your calender and please RSVP sooner than later for that one.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
