What types of games do you like to make? What type do you play if any?

I enjoy making FPS adventure games. I also enjoy making game tools and engines. Currently I'm building an AI engine. A few of my favorite games are the Bioshock Series, the GTA Series, and the Infamous Series.

Do you make games full time or part time?

I'm transitioning from developing as a hobby to working full time independently. Eventually I want to get a job full-time professionally in a company. My end goal is to start and own my own software/game studio.

What skills do you have pertaining to game development? (Programming languages, artistic talents, animation, game design, etc...)

I use Game Maker for 2d games (GML) and Unity for 3d games (mono c#, mono javascript). I use Edraw and Microsoft Office for the game design documents, Photoshop for texture development, Blender for 3d modeling, and Garageband, Logic Pro, and Audacity for sound development.

If you are not making or playing a game, what do you do with your time? What other hobbies or activites do you particapate in?

Playing drums and piano, hanging out with friends, YouTube

Introduction

I have always enjoyed creative problem solving. I find game development to be the perfect medium to translate and express my ideas into reality. I have enjoyed making games for over 10 years, and I have enjoyed playing them almost all my life.
