Editorial Photo Shoot for Mozel Sanders Foundation

The Mozel Sanders Foundation will celebrate it's 42nd Annual Thanksgiving "Feed the Hungry" Dinner. The organization will deliver 40,000 hot meals for needy families across Indianapolis and Central Indiana. The meals are prepared at Butler University and sent to 45 "satellite" locations from Churches and Community Centers, prepared and delivered by over 3000 volunteers. There has already been a documentary about Rev. Dr. Mozel Sanders, but we haven't captured the modern day story. That is where you come in! There are three ways we want to tell the story!
1) Portrait of Volunteers, Butler Univ: I will set up a portrait backdrop with lights, two dye-sub printers and you will take portraits of the volunteers and VIPs at Butler U. You will also be dispatched to capture the volunteers working to prepare and deliver the meals. If you can capture video, you are encouraged to interview volunteers. Hours are anytime between 5am - 1pm
2) Portraits of Satellites, 45 location options; We will pick the largest satellite locations like Shepherd Community Center and have you capture their contributions to the Mozel Sanders Foundation. There are some that actually feed people on-site, we want to see that! If you can video the location, that is a bonus. Hours are about 9 - 1pm.
3) Portraits of the Needy, Indianapolis; This is probably the most important and most impactful! We will put you with drivers that deliver meals to our needy families. You will capture the story, the need, the drivers who show up every year, etc. You will need to ask and have participants sign model releases but make no mistake, you will walk away with images and story that answer the "why" we do this year after year. Hours are from about 10am - 3pm.
After we are done, I will compile all the photographs and video and put together an editorial docuVideo. You will be credited for your images and participation and will own the rights to your images. It is a big commitment, skill level should not cause you to shy away from participating in this project. We will meet prior to coordinate and talk about best options to capture good images.     This is a great cause...and I'd much prefer to not be there at 5 am...but I believe in this...so I will. I see where I can come at anytime from 5 am - 1 pm.

    Is there a better time? And, do we have others planning to also be there?
