I volunteer as an instructor of t'ai chi because I intensely believe in the benefits of the art to our daily life.

We are not-for-profit school, and all class fees go to providing a place to practice.

Anyone interested in a gentle form of exercise that contains relaxation, with balance practice and breathing should join in!
