I use to run, until early this year I injured my right knee. Tried different cardio routines, but I always felt the most towards spinning at the gym.
I like to explore as much possible, and cycling outside will give me that. I'm open to ride anywhere.
Sure, would love to if someone rides with me.
Have only done indoor spinning, RPM and SuperRPM classes which last for around 60 mins. They go pretty fast, slow, intervals, climbing, and a run. Never tracked how far though.
I think I've shown some dedication to my indoor spinning classes, and finally have built some confidence to take it outside now. Hope I cruise along, cover many miles, eat healthy and keep my BF % low.
