Have always cycled, but more some years than others. Spent a few years training for the mini-marathon which took me away from cycling for a while.
Prefer country roads, but mostly ride on Monon Trail and other trails due to convenience.
Depending on my conditioning level, 12-18 mph. 10-15 miles are good on evening rides (after work). Weekend rides are typically 20-45 miles.
