Indy Hall Running Club!

If you're one of those people who says "I don't run" --- THAT WAS NICOLE only a month ago (and Kara, over a year ago, and she just ran the Broad Street Run). Neither one of us ever thought we would get into running, but if you start off slow, and run/walk, IT REALLY IS FUN AND REWARDING!!!

What better way to start out than with a buddy.
We are doing the "couch to 5K" app that is designed for beginners - it slowly increases the running from the walking. So far we've been getting together once a week and usually run for about 2 miles at 1pm on Wednesdays, starting at the Hall and taking about an hour.

If you are more advanced - lets just start out our stretches together and everyone can go at their own pace; we encourage people of all levels to join us! THE WEATHER IS LOOKIN' FINE - get out and enjoy it while getting your daily dose of exercise.
