Yes, I did see 'Burden of Dreams' I also saw 'My Best Fiend', which is a documentary about Werner Herzog's and Klaus Kinski's lifelong love-hate relationship, which is equally fascinating if you haven't yet seen it. I really like Werner Herzog as well. My two favorites of his are 'Fitzcarraldo' and 'Stroszek'.
