Hi All,
This month We Have Tablets has two great talks lined up:

-"Designing for Android Phones and Tablets" by Albert Lai and Jean Hsu from Pulse.

and

-"Capacitive Technology to Gestures" by Robert Ferguson, architect at Chromatik

Jean and Albert will be talking about designing for phones vs tablets, best tips
for dealing with a wide range of different screen sizes and densities, and optimizing
for Honeycomb tablets. While this talk will focus mainly on Android apps, many of the
design tips will be applicable to iOS as well.

Robert's talk will be on the capacitive technology used in iPads, what its limitations
are, how iOS exposes it, and tricks in implementation.

This event is being hosted at the very impressive and historic Mechanic's Institute at
57 Post St on Wednesday September 7th 6-8pm. The conference room is on the the 4th floor.
