Cybersecurity Legislation: Will it pass and what will it say?

Please join the Information Security Committee in the American Bar Association Section of Science & Technology Law for a briefing on the state of cybersecurity legislation in Congress.  Our presenter will be Michael Aisenberg.  Dial-in information is below in the comments section.


Michael Aisenberg, JD is a Principal in the Defense & Homeland Security practice of MITRE Corporation’s National Security FFRDC. He provides strategic policy advice to federal defense and intelligence agencies managing the security of the nation’s most sensitive networks and databases. Mr. Aisenberg has served as the Chairman of the American Bar Association’s Information Security Committee from[masked], and co-leads the ISC's Policy and Legislation working group, and the ABA Science & Technology editorial board. Previously he was Chair of the Information Technology Sector Coordinating Council (IT SCC) and Chairman of the ITAA’s Information Security Committee.


erg holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from the University of Maine School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and before a number of Federal Courts, and is a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court.
