Every third Tuesday of the month, INNER BALANCE offers a gift to anyone who chooses to visit: a free evening of gentle stretching, breath awareness and guided meditation. Each session is unique. There is no rigid structure, only an organic process that builds a sense of community and deep restoration.
Ellen Katz, licensed psychotherapist and meditation instructor, includes teachings from many traditions in her guided meditations. From time to time guest instructors lead the 3rd Tuesday gathering. Laurie Garber-Amram, also a licensed therapist and certified yoga instructor, often joins Ellen and provides guidance during the opening asanas (stretches) and pranayama (intentional breath).
