Every third Tuesday of the month, INNER BALANCE offers a free evening of gentle yoga opening, breath awareness and a guided meditation - with some silent sitting. Each session is unique. The sessions are organic - there is no rigid structure, and a sense of peace, community and deep restoration is typically felt by everyone.
This month, guest teachers Laura Savita Jachim and Barbara Badger will co-facilitate meditation based on Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful and restorative guided meditation practice. This team has a combined 40 years of experience, and a deeply intuitive approach to facilitating a transformational experience.
Typically our 3rd Tuesday guided meditations are led by Ellen Katz, a licensed therapist and experienced meditation guide who includes teachings from a variety of traditions. Laurie Garber-Amram, also a licensed therapist and certified yoga instructor, often guides the early segment of the session with breath and movement exercises.
