YOUR BODY AS YOUR FRIEND: New Perspectives, Awareness & Expression (New Time!)

We all need to expand our ability to have a more compassionate and loving relationship with our Bodies, and enhance our bodies' connection with Mind and Spirit.

We typically meet on 4th Thursdays of the month. Do check the meet up calendar for changes.

In this gentle class we'll explore how we  a perceive our physical bodies, and find new perspectives using Guided imagery and a meditation centering practice. We'll discover how to approach ourselves with more kind truths and, if the group is interested, we may engage in using different art mediums to connect with and share on a non-verbal, expressive level.  

All this will unfold within a container of respect, lovingkindness, joy and aliveness.  Sharing this in a group setting is a powerful therapeutic experience.
