Over the last 3 years we have facilitated Inner Dance in; Singapore, Hawaii, Mexico, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, USA, Scotland, Philippines & Sri Lanka. Now we finally have the opportunity to share the energy with England and surrounds.
Inner Dance teaches us to Trust, Surrender & Flow. It is about letting go of all of the crap in our lives and flowing with what is without resistance.
When you are "being" the Inner Dance, you are living in flow and living a life of manifestation and synchronisity. We want this for you!!! We want to share this with as many people as possible.
In Inner Dance there are no rules, no boundaries, no levels, no masters, no students, no ego's, no attachments....we are all just being.
The Inner Dance experience creates a state of connection to yourself, other Inner Dance participants and the Universe. It allows you to be your authentic self, without judgement and connect with others from this state of authenticity, which for some people is a life changing experience.

In summary Inner Dance is a shamanic form of meditation intended to allow participants to Trust, Surrender and Flow (or just let go). Depending on participants ability to let go, they enter a deep meditative trance enabling a profound sense of expanded awareness from which;
1) Deep healings (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual) can occur,
2) People’s own energies begin to flow, which sometimes can manifest as unconscious movement (hence the term Inner Dance).
Inner Dance is not dancing. That is, it’s not ecstatic dance, 5 rhythms, Osho, etc. The video below shows Christian's own personal inner dance experience, and also examples of Inner Dance facilitated sessions which is the purpose of this meet up group.
What happens in the Inner Dance Session?
For every Inner Dance session there is an introduction by the facilitator to talk about Inner Dance and answer any questions.
At the end of the introduction people are asked to lie down on their backs, close their eyes and to TRUST (Trust themselves, Trust the energy, Trust the facilitator, Trust the space) and SURRENDER (Completely surrender to the experience, allow what ever will happen to happen, have no expectations).The Inner Dance Playlist is then played while the facilitator walks about the room placing their hands onto the participants to assist their energy to flow.
During this part of the session the body may begin to move on it’s own volition. The music that is being played is designed to assist the body to move.
Once the music is stopped, there is a brief break to enable people to freshen up, and then everyone gathers seated in a circle to participate in a sharing of experience.
This is where people are invited to share about their experience. It is a voluntary activity and they can share as little or as much about their experience as they wish. We have observed that often times what people share is meant to be heard by others.
