The classes are suitable for beginners and more experienced meditators. Every class begins with a simple breathing meditation to relax our body and mind, followed by some advice on how we can deal with the many challenges of our modern world based on Buddha's teachings. Each class is concluded by a final meditation on what has been discussed during the class. The classes are very suitable for everyone who wants to learn how to meditate and experience more inner peace, love and happiness by using Buddha’s timeless wisdom.
If we practice meditation we will experience a calm, spacious feeling in the mind, and many of our usual problems will fall away. Difficult situations will become easier to deal with, we will naturally feel warm and well disposed towards other people, and our relationships with others will gradually improve.
