I enjoy all types of food from around the world. I love using cooking equipment from other countries and looking for the unusual recipes that go along with them. I'm an avid cookbook collector.
I would say that I am an intermediate cook but my friends would probably say I am advanced and experimental.
When I read a food memoir, I usually come across a technique I'm not completely familiar with. Right now I'm trying to learn how to successfully make puff pastry that doesn't take a whole day to achieve.

I have been cooking since I was very young and I enjoy sharing it with others.I gave my first dinner party of international foods when I was 12 years old. I also enjoy traveling and taking cooking lessons in the country or state that I am visiting.
