This will be a full-day silent meditation retreat in the Buddhist Insight/Vipassana meditation tradition. 1-hour periods of sitting meditation will be alternated with 15-minute periods of walking meditation. The space consists of 4 walls a floor and a ceiling, and that's pretty much it, so bring your own cushion and bring your own lunch/snacks/drinks. The entire sit will take place in silence from 10:00 AM until 6:45 PM when there will be time to share (see below schedule), though there may be a guided loving awareness meditation read by the organizer as transcribed from a recent webinar by Ram Dass at some point in the day.
There is no fee, but voluntary anonymous contributions to a donation box would be appreciated to help reimburse FlowAgain Bookstore, which is donating the space, for some of their rental expense.
Beginners are welcome, and there will be brief instructions at 9:45 A.M before the first sit.

Room 9A, Wing Chai Industrial Building
27 Ng Fong Street (10 minutes walk from Diamond Hill MTR)
(easy directions from the MTR will be added to this notice later in the week)
Diamond Hill MTR Exit A2 (to the left at the top of the Exit A elevator).
Once outside, walk straight along the paved pathway, until you come to Choi Hung Road.
Take a right onto the Choi Hung Road sidewalk and continue until the first light.
Cross Choi Hung Road and continue on Tai Yau Street.
Take the first left onto Ng Fong Street.
Continue on the left hand sidewalk of Ng Fong Street until almost the end of the block until you come to 27 Ng Fong Street on your left which is Wing Chai Industrial Building. It has a parking garage with a big silver sign on the wall.
Enter the garage and in the back on the right is the elevator to Blocks A and D.
Take the elevator up to 9A. where the retreat will take place.
