The value of a trans-disciplinary mind

Multi? Inter? Transdisciplina..what?

Come and join George Verghese and Oscar Malpica of Envisioning Labs in a session where we will attempt to shed light on why transdisciplinary approaches are critical to tackle major issues in our society nowadays. We will take part in an experiment where your skills and background will be put to use to explore a wicked problem in Vancouver: homelessness.

Hey Oscar, do you have Sigrid's contact? I wanted to pick her brain on more wearable technology. You can send me a private message on my profile if you don't want to post her info publicly. Thanks!

Sigrid shared with me this awesome news about an artist turning trash into homes. Certainly a viable alternative to homelessness:

I really liked the discussion and the merge of different skills to discuss a common subject, very insightful indeed.

Sorry, I came late and couldn't get in without an access card. Wasted a spot, really apologize for that!

It may be a persons characteristic, but it has always proven well to think outside the box, in a trans-disciplinary sense.

We do some scenario building. November 4th we will have the AGM for a company Cambiet AB 2025.
For people attending here it will be a show based on a totally new way of using forest and supplying material in the frame of a company ten years into the future.

Anyone interested in doing the same in Vancouver 2015?
