Body Alive! - Lin Park - Stretch & STRENGTH

Jennifer will guide you through a dynamic warm-up and a structured core, balance and flexibility session to improve activities of daily living, reduce pain and build core strength.

Work to your ability but expect to be challenged.












Dr. Courtney Canella's Tuesday night "Body Alive" class is excellent.  It is just the right mix of stretch, cardio and strength.  Core and stability are also blended in.  If anyone is dealing with an injury or physical problem, parts of the workout can be modified.  I totally recommend this class.  - Beth Davis
