My name is Madeleine Kando. I was born in Hungary, was raised in France and Holland and lived in Spain and England before I moved to the US. I am the owner and director of the Children's Arts Corner.
You can find some of my writing, which includes a lot of my ideas on my blog: European/American Blog. I am the typical bridge between the new and the old world.
Yes. I would like discuss philosophy from an international perspective, i.e. compare how philosophical ideas have shaped the American psyche as opposed to the European one.
Thank you Madeleine, look forward to meeting you and to my first meeting with the group
Thank you, Madeleine. I look forward to a meeting I will make.
Thanks, Madeleine! I'm eager to attend one of your upcoming events.
Thanks, Madeleine! I'm excited too! I'm in need of intelligent stimulation :)
Thanks Madeline! I'm really excited to go to an event. Sounds like a really good group.
I very much look forward to meeting you too! These upcoming discussions look super interesting :)
Hello, Madeleine. I was excited to find your group. Your upcoming meet up "tolerating the intolerant" has been one of my favorite rant subjects for years! I noticed it was "full" but no wait list. Is there never a time when people find late conflicts?
BTW, your name is French. You spell my name the French way. But you're not a member of a French group. Je parle francais un peu.
I almost forgot, I would like to talk to you at some point about another group that I had found a couple of weeks ago, that I also just realized you were in, the one that alternates between skype and uno's. I don't currently have a front facing camera on any of my devices, although that may change soon...in the mean time, do you think it's ok to join the group and for now just do the physical meetings at uno's?
Hi Madeleine..thank you very much for your welcome. I'm looking forward to meeting you as well. I noticed that you are also a member of another group that I have submitted a membership request for, Inquisitive Minds. That group looks absolutely fascinating and hopefully I'll see you at those events as well. Thanks, Bill
