Hi Sue, I've been exploring the Bedford/Concord trail system in the last few weeks and found two runs (a 6miler and a 13miler) that I would love to share with the group if anyone was interested in a weekend morning run followed by breakfast. I'd love to talk to you about them!

Hey Sue, Im still going to tonight's Lynn Woods run, so if you want you can send out a message saying that I will still be there if anyone joins, I have run the course before and can help anyone out. :)

I'm not sure how the comments/postings work, but I wanted to make sure you knew not to expect me this evening. My son just texted me that he will need a ride home from his track meet, and he's not sure when it will be over...I'll try for next week instead.
