This is not an official Inside Wine Santa Barbara event but we wanted to share this wonderful upcoming winemaker dinner with our members.
This Winemaker Dinner will be featuring the Cube Project, where three wineries located in different regions - Anne Amie Vineyards in Oregon, Bouchaine Vineyards in Northern California, and Lincourt Vineyards - produce Pinot Noirs from each other’s sites. Each winemaker uses the grapes from the different properties, to makes 3 different Pinot Noirs. By comparing the wines, we are able to study and enjoy the impact of winemaking techniques vs. terroir.
Join Foley Estates & Lincourt Vineyard’s winemaker, Leslie Renaud, along with Anne Ami Vineyard’s winemaker, Thomas Houseman, and Bouchaine Vineyard’s winemaker, Andrew Brooks, as they talk about this project and each of their own processes for making wine. The evening will include a wine symposium of 9 wines with all 3 winemakers and an amazing 5 course dinner.
