High-Performing Sales Teams – The Science behind the Successes

Our June guest speaker is Aaron Hunt, who will be discussing some insights into the impact that research is having on the field of sales.  He will also share some experiences from his work designing and guiding sales transformation initiatives for companies selling in to intensely competitive and commoditised markets.

With more than 20 years of experience in the sales arena, Aaron has worked across the full gamut of sales roles from field sales through to senior sales management, across different industries and geographies.  As the Sales Capability Manager for steelmaker Arrium (formerly OneSteel), with more than 200 locations around Australia, over 900 customer facing personnel and revenues in excess of $3.5b, Aaron’s specialisation is on the development of sustainable, high-performance sales teams.
