Focus is on healing the mind, body and spirit while encouraging, inspiring, and motivating them to pursue their dreams. IFW provides an environment that fosters spiritual, mental, emotional and physical growth that will serve as a catalyst in transitioning women and youths from a life of mediocrity to a prosperous and abundant purpose-filled life.

We welcome all who are determined to live on purpose. Be nurtured, loved, and supported in an environment that allows you to be real--cry, shout, write, sing, laugh, dance, share your story, hear her story, lend a shoulder to cry on, give a smile, get a smile, give a hug, get a hug.
