Our meet-up this time is not strictly for singles, but there will be many singles (with heart) in attendance - and we're a warm, friendly bunch who tend to prefer hugs to handshakes! Have a go with our fun hands-on exercises, and meet some of the warm friendly people from the HAI community.

The team of volunteers creates a safe, loving and nurturing atmosphere where you can find out more about the HAI weekend residential workshops and community.

The event is free, with a suggested donation of £10 if you wish to help with our venue and refreshment costs. We start at 2pm and end at 5.30 pm.
