"Exploring Intimacy" - How to Gain Confidence and Skills in Relationships

Do you want to bring more love and intimacy into your life?

Many of us have had our experiences of love and intimacy unconsciously linked with shame, guilt or fear. This often prevents us from entering into the full joy of our aliveness in relationship.

This one day workshop, put on by the Human Awareness Institute (HAI-UK), in conjunction with Intimacy Works is designed for singles who wish to develop their skills in relating and intimacy and to meet some warm, friendly others along the way.

Priya and Bob, who run Intimacy Works, (see www.intimacyworks.com) provide a safe, supportive atmosphere. A series of exercises invite you into connection with others, in an easy, fun way. You are always at choice as to your pace and indeed your participation level.

The workshop will be gender balanced and we can only acced 11 women and 11 men in total. We expect the workshop to be fully booked. therefore bookings on Meet-Up can not be considered firm until you have paid and received confirmation you have a place on this workshop. The cost is £55 for the full day, running from 10.30 to 5.30
