Much of the energy available to us in a day is wasted; most obviously through using excess tension to carry out our tasks - but less obviously from letting the mind wander away from what we are doing towards irrelevant inner chatter or useless worry.
Whilst a state of mindfulness may be arrived at in a quiet, supportive environment - finding the same quality of attention in daily life is more of a challenge.
In this class we will explore practical ways of applying mindfulness in activity - and the all-important aspect of connecting that with awareness of what is happening in the body.
