Two hours of Tennis 10:00-12:00

  • This location is shown only to members

Come and play tennis! We will play from 10:00-12:00, though please arrive at 9:45 to register and pay for the courts. We will play Singles, 2-on-1, or doubles depending on our numbers, preferences and court availability.

**IMPORTANT** If you RSVP 'yes' and then cancel or change your RSVP to 'no' with less than 24 hours notice, you will still have to pay for your share of the court fee to the other players (unless you find a replacement player).

The courts usually close when it is rainy or wet. It is up to each individual to check whether the courts are open or not. I will not make an announcement to the group. If you are not sure if the courts are open or not, please call them :[masked] 43. If there is an answering machine message, it means the courts are closed. (The message is in a particularly undecipherable Swiss-German)

Public Transport: Between the Sukkulentensammlung and Landewiese Bus Stops on lines 165 and 161. Or use the Brunaustrasse stop of Tram #7

There is also free parking at the tennis courts. It is always free, even if there is an event at the Landeweise and they are charging for parking. You just have to tell the guy you are playing tennis, and he will let you in without a fee.

Sorry guys - I won't be able to make Thursday as I have too much going on with my flat. Looking forward to meeting up again indoors in November.

    * Please cancel extra court if it's no longer needed - Thanks

I've just changed the RSVP settings for this meetup to allow 8 players. So we'll book 2 courts, Markus, please confirm your RSVP. Court 5 booked. Somebody still needs to book a second court....
