do you have an adventurous heart?

YES!!! I am always up for trying anything new..

where is the most interesting place you have been OR where would you love to go?

I loved Sorrento Italy...Lemons! St Malo in Brittany, France...such an interesting history of piracy and the gorgeous emerald coastline that looks Caribbean. Mount St Michel in Normandy France...I went when I was 15 and returned last month with my 15 year old students...just amazing! Of course Florence and Tuscany..with all of the art and acres of sunflower fields in bloom! Delphi Greece was breathtaking...and ancient Olympia. The fruit trees were all in bloom amongst the ruins. And Pompeii..Greece is magical..most of the population is in Athens which leaves the rest of the country unspoiled...I was lucky to visit the isalnds with I must go back when I can spend time..Mykonos, Rhodes, Santorini..Who wants to join me?? Bucket list: Hagia Sophia in Istanbul and all of Turkey. India, the Cinque Terre, Scotland and Ireland. Venice. Ravenna for the mosaics. The French chateaus in the Loire Valley. Southwestern France. Croatia. Greek islands. Morocco, Egypt, the Galapagos.

why does the idea of international travel appeal to you?

I just love seeing and experiencing new places and different cultures.Trying new foods, meeting different kinds of people. It puts my life in a better perspective.

Greetings! I am a high school art teacher and passionate traveler. The travel bug bit me early as I grew up a military brat and we lived overseas. I've been leading travel groups to Europe for 5 years, both mixed age and more recently adults only.
