Are you a Shooter (Photographer/Videographer) or a Shaker (Dancer/Musician/Artist)? if Both Shooter and Shaker, mainly which one?

I shoot with a Pentax K5IIS anything that doesn't move at low ISO (landscapes, architecture, industrial art, ..) and anything that moves (wildlife, fashion shows, dance) goes with high ISO grain.

For Shooter applicants (Which are you more interested in: Video or Photography opportunities? More interested in Workshops-Shoots? or Live Events?) For Shakers (What is your main style? Interested in attending a class by Professional Performers?)

Photography workshops and live events. I need knowledge and practice.

Tell us something about yourself for the members to know. Thank You.

I've been a photographer for over 60 years, including 2 years teaching during the wet days. Since a work trip to Egypt in 2001 I have gone digital and following my retirement from daily laboratory work I am constantly with camera on a photo shoot, usually with a small group or fellow photographer or sometimes in my wooded backyard. After enrolling in a Samba class and being asked to photograph/video the class, I have slowly gained an appreciation of a different skill set for photography and wish to learn more.

Retired laboratory scientist and science/math teacher now with time for seeing the world through my camera lens.
