Authentic food, wine and interesting people is what this group is all about. The food may not be homemade, but it will be creative and gourmet. We will meet every 3 months on a Saturday to share nibbles and wine around a chosen theme at the host’s home. This is a wonderful way to keep in touch with other couples, pick up new recipes, enjoy great conversations, and just have a good time.
Everyone is required to volunteer to host an event in their home at least once a year. The host provides a theme and coordinates the theme-wine tasting, games/music, and other host rules! Everyone else brings a bottle of wine and an appetizer pertaining to the theme! This keeps costs down for everyone, yet the food and wine are usually better than most restaurants.
Every month there will be couples from the meetup and the host will get to invite one or two couples not from the meetup.
It is important to honor your RSVP or you will be deleted from the group--it's not fair to your host when you are a ‘no show’. This is for couples only. Please RSVP with a guest for all events.
