Spicy beef noodle soup Bun Bo Hue

This is a restaurant frequented only by the Vietnamese. Why? Because it serves the dishes that come from the central region of Vietnam. They are particular, dainty, snack like but filling food. Rice cake with ground shrimp. Tapioca pork n shrimp rolls. Sticky rice puff balls. Their signature dish is the Bun Bo Hue. It is a spicy beef noodle soup which is tasty and hearty. You can make it as spicy as you want. Vietnamese love it as they love their Pho. The restaurant also serves other central region dishes. It's food you have not tasted before, unless you have traveled to the central region in VN. Eating authentic food without traveling to the source is the best. See you.

Good to try out new things. This soup is great for when the weather turns cold. Such a hearty bowl. Great group.

Hi all. This is a mom and pop restaurant. Pls bring cash and parking is where you find it. If you can come at 11:30 am, it's better as it is a popular restaurant with the Vietnamese. Thanks.

Great to know, as I love pho and would love to try other dishes. I've taken notes and will likely go separately. How exciting that SD has this place!
