Perhaps begin with baked, filled triangular pastry & other appetizers. Cover your plate with a round, thin piece of fermented teff bread, spoon on various stews and salads, break off bits of the bread to use as scoops and enjoy a meal eaten with fingers! Sip hot spiced Ethiopian tea and potent, home made honey wine. Top off with sweet desserts. Pat tummy!
