I want to host as I mentioned to you a French dinner when the weather gets warmer and also want to do a Tapas party for sure.

I sure hope someone does a Northern Italian dinner soon. but we could only do that for 8 people at our house (sit down style) but Tapas we could definitely have say 15.

Hey everyone!

 

I hope you are all happy to finally see that bright shiny yellow thing in the sky the last few days! Since our last dinner on April 7th, I have had conversations with a few people that they wanted to host. I know we all love attending these dinners so lets get some dinners planned! We need members to participate with holding dinners to keep this group moving forward.

 

With the weather being nicer these coming days if you do not have space inside your home, think outside the home such as a backyard, a park, community center or conference room. It doesn't have to be fancy, just fun!

 

Need help thinking of a theme? Here are a few suggestions of dinner you might want to host:

1. Middle Eastern
2. Tapas
3. Egyptian
4. Burmese
5. Hawaiian
6. BBQ
7. Fantasy food
8. Southern
9. Oaxacan
10. Northern Italian
11. German
12. Seafood fest
13. Croatian
14. Movie theme -  "Eat, Prey, Love" for example.

These are just a suggestions and I would love to hear what the members are interested in and hear who is willing to host.  Please let me know dates of when you can host. Keep in mind your dinner can be small or large. We have had dinners with only five people and as many as 60.
