We all  have a diverse background and we like to celebrate our heritage in our daily lives. We believe that unique expression of culture and language is a gift to be shared and remembered for a lifetime no matter where you live.

This group will expand in 2012 to include students , grads, and young professionals and offer hospitality and tourism tips for the budget minded traveler when visiting Maryland!

Me? Jewish, Israeli/ Hong Kong/Florida traveler with a network of good friends and great at pointing new people in the right direction

Though the group was founded for and by some awesome families, other member units including

singles, couples, grads and others! As of December '11, a monthly pool/spa party in Columbia MD will serve as a regular social, with the group members eligible for a substantial discount. This is run by a group of friends including a Veteran stationed in Germany for years, a young mom of a spunky two year old, and myself. We got together and though we'd share our experiences with the community and hope you'll have a look!

AND - if you have a sideline, vendor setup, teach yoga, or something else thats cool, share with our monthly social and schedule your own event throughout the months!
