Hi all,
thought of bringing ardusat and project prometheus into your attention. BTW I am guilty of being a member of Project prometheus team.

Team Prometheus was Founded in August 2008 by Monroe Lee King Jr. to pursue the N-Prize. Team Prometheus has become much more than that and contributes to as many New Space Teams and Organizations as time permits. The Team is involved with the GLXP through Team Frednet and is competing in the NASA Centennial Challenge as a result of continued support from the New Space and Amateur Rocketry community. Team Prometheus is an Internationally supported team and it's sole purpose is the advance of New Space and promote advances in education with an emphasis on economical access for all interested in exploring the last frontier. Team Prometheus is non-profit and supported solely by contributions of the team members and interested parties.

Would welcome any new joiner with right skills :).

As for Ardusat, its on kickstarter, an awesome opensource space project.... Team Prometheus collaborates with them.
