Glen, Thanks for the greeting and intro to other org's in the area, I have been in touch with Phyllis at Fab Lab DC and hope to work with them in the future. In regards to your question I worked on a variety of projects mainly storytelling toys for children and am now interested in creating some medical devices as well, more info on myself and work can be found at www.shewbe.net , would love to stop by CCBC Fab Lab to take a tour, any ideas how I could arrange that?

Thank you Glen, would be great to make a 3D model of the cathedral! :) My background is in chemical and biomedical engineering. Most recently I have been working on medical devices, aerodynamic structures and software development. What areas do you do most of your inventing in? Glen, Thanks for setting up this group and for your message. In response to your question, I worked for an Internet services company in Southern California, where we designed and developed database-driven websites for clients in the hospitality, retail, medical, legal and non-profit market sectors. We also hosted websites and launched technical consulting services that were aimed at addressing client needs at their places of business.

I Glen, Yesterday, I went to the meeting and a patent Attorney Steve told me that I need to do a Patentability Search. And recommended to ask you how. Could you let me know how to do it? I tried last night by going to USPTO and searching the database of previously patented similar items. I am not sure if there is a better way. I also have done some Google search to look for similar ideas.
